There is a swimmer in this painting, amongst numbers - swimming through and making it's way - protected, guided and eternally loved.
My sister told me that your body actually produces Dopamine when you put your arms in the air or even visualize your arms in the air. There are certain spots on my run when I put my arms in the air and get a little rush…. ahhhhhhh….
